Frederic Kerkhoff - Executive Chef
Frederic discovered his passion for food as a Commis de Cuisine at the Courtyard by Marriott Munich City Center. After having worked for several restaurants, among others a 1-Micherlin-starred restaurant in Austria, Frederic joined our team in 2017.

Rohrmoser Butcher's Shop
Enjoy high quality meat from the local family butcher's shop Rohrmoser. Aged in our dry-ager it is guaranteed to be a taste explosion - an experience not to be missed.
Quality you can taste: the private Zötler Brewery brews beer already in the 21. generation. Located in the Allgäu region, the Zötler Brewery is the oldest family brewery in the world.
The Hoppbräu brewery knows its craft: located in Waakirchen near Munich this brewery produces craft beer with tradition and an innovative spin. The perfect complement to our meat and fish.
